What Are Your Payment Terms?
Fixed price projects require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due on completion. All outstanding invoices must be paid before we hand over design files or migrate a website to your hosting account.
Retainer Packs are invoiced fully in advance.
How Do You Cost A Fixed Price Project?
After reviewing your brief, we’ll price your project based on the time we estimate is needed. If you would like an example quotation, please schedule an intro call and we’ll be more than happy to share our hourly rates. If you have a budget in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate this.
Do You Offer Discounts For Repeat Business?
Yes, the more work you give us, the bigger the discount we can give you.
Do You Work Under NDA?
Yes, we are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. We are completely invisible to your clients, and we leave no trace in our code. We ensure that everything is strictly white label.
Who Owns The Final Code You Produce?
Upon project completion and sign off, we will send you all files related to the project so that you’re in 100% control of the final product.
Do You Work With Any Other CMS Than Wordpress And Shopify?
No, we specialise in WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify development.
Do You Custom Develop Wordpress Themes Or Use Existing Templates?
We custom develop WordPress Themes using ACF and the Bootstrap Framework. We can also build custom sites using Elementor Page Builder on request. We do not work with Divi, Beaver Builder, Avada, WP Bakery or other any other page builder.
Who Do I Communicate With?
You will communicate with our account manager, who will collect your specifications for new projects, prepare your quotes and make sure all projects get delivered on time. We use Trello and Slack for managing all projects, however we’re happy to work with your most preferable tools.
What Design File Formats Can You Work With?
If you’re sending us your designs to develop, we can work with any popular design file type such as Adobe XD, PSD, Illustrator or Figma. We can also convert existing sites to WordPress.
If we are providing website designs services, we prefer to use Adobe XD however we can also work with your preferred design tool.
